4 Accused in Shooting of Alexandria Water Tower

ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) - Rapides Parish sheriff's deputies say
four men have been charged after a city water tower was shot and
damaged.
Authorities say the tank was hit six times by bullets fired from
a high-power rifle on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1. Five of the bullets
penetrated the tank, causing about $1,000 in damage.
Deputies say 21-year-old Michael Ryan Lacaze, of Alexandria, was
booked with criminal damage. Three other men face charges of
criminal mischief. They were 26-year-old John Andrew Dempsey, of
Woodworth, Jerry Morgan, no age given, of Woodworth, and Jacob
Allen, no age given, of Boyce.
