3rd Annual Just Desserts Awards Soiree

Six deserving citizens will be recognized by The League of Women Voters of Lafayette at the 3rd Annual Just Desserts Awards Soiree. These honorees have made significant contributions to our community consistent with the League's mission and policy commitments. The League will be honoring: Joe Dennis, Hector LaSala, Gloria Linton, Mary Goody, Sarah Walker, and Marcelle Citron. The Just Desserts Awards Soiree will be held on November 11, 2010 from 7 to 9pm at a La Cart Restaurant. The event will offer a menu consisting of desserts, fruits and cheeses, sandwiches, complimentary beverages, and a cash bar. During the Soiree a Chinese auction will be held. Tickets for the Soiree are $25.00 each and can be purchased from a League member or by calling 337-288-7047.
