3 Sworn in on UL Board

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Two new members have taken their posts
on the governing board of the University of Louisiana system, while
another has started another term.
During the board's Friday meeting in Baton Rouge, Carl Shetler,
of Lake Charles, began his new six-year term. He has been on the
board for 16 years, representing the 7th District.
Jimmy Faircloth Jr., of Alexandria, began his initial term.
Faircloth is former executive counsel to Gov. Bobby Jindal, who
made the appointments. Faircloth represents the 5th District.
The other new member is Zachary pharmacist John LeTard, who
represents the 6th District.
