NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The search for a new chancellor at Delgado Community College is down to three finalists.
CityBusiness of New Orleans reports the candidates are Jonathan Guevaerra, chief executive of Community College of D.C. in Washington; Teresa Smith, a vice president and chief financial officer at Tallahassee Community College; and vice president Monty Sullivan of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.
The school is searching for a new chancellor to replace Ron Wright, who was promoted in the state community and technical college system.
The candidates will meet with Delgado's search committee and take part in public forms. System president Joe May will interview the finalists and make a recommendation to the system board.
