NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Police have arrested a second suspect in an armed robbery and kidnapping in New Orleans earlier this month.
The New Orleans Police Department says a Crimestoppers tip led to the arrest Monday of 18-year-old Joshua Moore, who was booked into jail on charges of armed robbery, aggravated kidnapping and auto theft.
Moore and 19-year-old Charles Adams are suspected of robbing two people at gunpoint, forcing them to drive to their homes and then withdraw and hand over money from an ATM.
Adams was arrested Sept. 10, less than a week after the robbery.
