21st Annual La. Black Dancers & Choreographers Conference

On March 16, 2013 A5 Academy of the Arts in St. Martinville will host the 21st annual Louisiana Black Dancers & Choreographers Conference.
The conference will be held at the St. Martinville Senior High School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The cost is $10. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. An alphabet soup of dance styles ... from African to tap, and in between ballet, belly dance, hip-hop, modern, praise and stepping. Ages range from pre-k students to adults.
There will be a celebrity guest choreographer, Millicent Johnnie, She has worked with Grammy Award Winning Artists: Bill Summers, Los Hombres Calientes, Usher and Chrisette Michele. For more information please contact A5 Academy of the Arts @ 337-296-2721.
