2012 Acadiana Wine and Food Festival Slated For Oct. 27

The Paul and Lulu Hilliard University Art Museum, is pleased to announce that the 2012 Acadiana Wine and Food Festival will take place this year on October 27, 2012 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. The festival will be held on the grounds of the museum including the A. Hayes Town Building, The Plaza with the Water Wall, as well as inside the main Museum.

Tickets are available at several levels - $45 per person general admission, $65.00 per person for VIP admission, $35 per person for Museum Members, UL Lafayette Faculty and Staff, $25 per person for UL Lafayette students. Tickets can be purchased on-line at hilliardmuseum.org, in the museum store or by calling the museum office at (337) 482-0817.
"This year we will have many new activities for guests. We will present a variety of programs and seminars about wine, food and entertainment." said Festival Director Cynthia Comeaux. Lectures, Round Table Discussion Seminars, Demonstrations, will take place throughout the day, starting at 1:00 pm. The Grand Tasting this year will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
The Hilliard Museum at University of Louisiana at Lafayette has served one of the most diverse audiences in the country. Our mission, bridging university and community, art and education, generations and cultures has never been more fully realized than it is today. This event is a main fundraiser for the museum.
