2 of 3 men who escape from Orleans jail captured

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Two of three inmates who escaped from a tent at the Orleans Parish Prison have been captured
The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office says 25-year-old Reginald Batiste and 24-year-old Domonique Battle were captured Monday morning. Fifty-one-year-old Michael Washington, the third inmate who escaped Sunday evening, remains at large. All three were being held on drug charges.
A deputy patrolling the perimeter of the Temporary Housing Center saw the three inmates trying to escape and chased the suspects, but they got away. The inmates apparently cut the exterior of their tent.
