2 Alleged Sex Offense Cases Being Investigated by Eunice Police

Two alleged sex offense cases are being investigated by the Eunice Police.
At 3 am on Saturday the Eunice Police received a complaint from a woman who alleges a man raped her in a Beulah Gardens Apartment. The man claims it was consented. The case remains under investigation.
A second rape complaint from a North 2nd St. Resident. A woman awoke to find a man on top of her. The alleged victim made him get off and leave the house.
James Ray Barnell,42, was charged with simple rape and incest.
