BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Louisiana State Police say an 18-year-old woman has died in a single-vehicle crash on Louisiana 37 in East Baton Rouge Parish.
State Police spokesman Russell G. Graham II said in news release that the crash Sunday night killed Angela Robinson of Clinton.
Graham said Robison was driving her 2006 Suzuki Reno when she lost control and ran off the road. The vehicle went through the ditch and hit a tree.
Robinson was not wearing her seat belt and was fatally injured.
Graham said troopers don't suspect that alcohol was a factor, but a blood sample has been sent to the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab for analysis.
