1 killed in Addis shooting

ADDIS, La. (AP) - Addis police are investigating a fatal shooting after an apparent domestic dispute.
Police Chief Ricky Anderson says the slaying was the first in Addis since 2010.
Anderson says police were called around 3 p.m. Saturday to the corner of Fourth and Main streets, a block from the police station.
Anderson tells The Advocate Cruz Ramirez was arrested following the shooting.
He says Ramirez was living with the mother of Clarence Jones, who was shot and killed.
It couldn't be determined if Ramirez had an attorney.
