WEST MONROE, La. (AP) - Bond has been set at $1.5 million for a West Monroe man facing 150 counts of possessing porgnorgraphy involving juveniles.

Attorney General Buddy Caldwell says 41-year-old David Wayne Greer was arrested Sunday as part of a joint investigation involving his office's High Technology Crime Unit, Fugitive Apprehension Unit and Homeland Security Investigations as well as the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigations Task Force.

Caldwell, in a statement Tuesday, said Greer is accused of violating a state law forbidding a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles. He was booked into the Ouachita Parish Prison. Bond information and whether he had an attorney was not immediately available.

If convicted, Greer faces up to 20 years on each count.
