    In 2017 Opelousas Catholic football leaned on a 6-foot-4-inch tight end, working the it's way to a 7-3 record. After a breakout sophomore season, Adam Purser continued playing a key role for Opelousas Catholic recording 17 catches for 276 yards and 4 touchdowns. The numbers don't boggle the mind, but as a tight end the role is much larger than that. "I expected to get a lot more passes, but as the season came to it.
