The Daily Advertiser is selling their Thanksgiving edition of the paper. The paper is jam-packed full of Black Friday sales in Acadiana. A presale of the paper will be available today for the public in the Daily Advertiser's parking lot, 1100 Betrand Drive, Lafayette, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, November 27. The cost of the paper is $2, cash only.
There will be promo items available and food will be sold in the parking lot.

"Breakfast with Santa" will be held Wednesday, December 4, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Indian Hills Country Club in Opelousas. Tickets are $25 each and all proceeds go directly to the Opelousas Area Cerebral Palsy Clinic. The event is hosted by Bobby Dupre and several local celebrities and chefs.
