Cpl. Dylan S. Melancon, from Breaux Bridge, La., was promoted at sea aboard the USS Peleliu. Melancon is a CH-53E Super Stallion airframes mechanic, and member of the Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364 (Rein.) and 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. The promotion took place on April 1.
