    The public's help is needed in identifying a suspect caught on surveillance allegedly using a stolen credit card. On May 6th, 2017, during the early morning hours, a victim lost his wallet which contained credit cards, according to a spokeswoman for the Lake Charles Police Department.  Shortly after losing his wallet, one of the victim's credit cards was used at numerous locations in Lake Charles.  

    The public's help is needed in identifying a suspect caught on surveillance allegedly using a stolen credit card. Deputies were called to the CSE Federal Credit Union on Sam Houston Jones Parkway shortly before noon. Deputies learned that a man entered the credit union and demanded money from the teller. Mackey D.D.S as interim District 5 police juror.  He will fill the seat vacated by Nicholas Hunter, who was elected mayor of Lake Charles.  Mackey is very familiar with the job, because he held that seat on the jury for 26 years.
