    A march and luncheon marked Martin Luther King Day in Kaplan today. The We Cry Glory Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration began this morning with a march that started at the Kaplan Police Department. Marchers walked to Martin Luther King Drive and ended their march at New Beginnings Primitive Baptist Church.  The church hosted a program and lunch.
