Tristen Romero, 17, was booked with negligent injury and illegal use of weapons.  He's accused of accidentally shooting another child while the two were talking on a porch.     State Fire Marshal investigators are assisting Rayne Police and Rayne Fire departments on a minor fire that happened this morning at King City Grocery. There was minimal fire damage near the electrical source for the business' cooler, a spokesman said.  No injuries have been reported in this incident. The investigation is on-going.
